بۆ پێشکەشکردنی خزمەتگوزاری، سیستەم دەتوانێت ناو، ژمارەی مۆبایل، ناونیشان، ناسنامەی هەژمار، زانیاری ئۆردەر و ئینڤۆیس، بەروار، نرخ، پارەی پێشەکی، حاڵەت و وردەکارییەکانی کاڵا بەکاربهێنێت. ئەم زانیارییانە بۆ پیشاندانی هەژمار و ئۆردەرەکانی هەمان کڕیار بەکاردێن.
چوونەژوورەوە و ئاسایش
کاتێک دەچیتە ژوورەوە، ناوی چوونەژوورەوە و پاسۆرد بۆ پشتڕاستکردنەوە نێردرێن. بۆ پاراستنی هەژمار و بەڕێوەبردنی session، سیستەم دەتوانێت زانیارییە تەکنیکییەکان وەک IP address، پلاتفۆرم/جۆری ئامێر، user-agent و کاتی چالاکی بەکاربهێنێت.
Push Notification
ئەگەر ئاگادارکردنەوە چالاک بێت، FCM/APNs token و زانیارییە سەرەتاییەکانی ئامێر بۆ ناردنی ئاگادارکردنەوەی پەیوەندیدار بە ئۆردەرەکان بەکاردێن. Zhiila Shopping بۆ گەیاندنی Push Notification خزمەتگوزاری Firebase Cloud Messaging بەکاردەهێنێت.
هاوبەشکردن و Track کردن
ئێمە زانیارییەکانی کڕیار نافرۆشین و بۆ cross-app advertising tracking بەکاری ناهێنین. زانیاری تەنها دەتوانرێت لەگەڵ خزمەتگوزارانی تەکنیکی پێویست بۆ کارکردنی ئەپ، هۆستینگ، ئاسایش و Push Notification یان لە کاتی پێویستی یاسایی مامەڵەی پێوە بکرێت.
هەڵگرتن، ڕاستکردنەوە و سڕینەوە
زانیارییەکان تەنها بەو ماوەیە هەڵدەگیرێن کە بۆ پێشکەشکردنی خزمەتگوزاری، تۆمارە بازرگانییەکان، ئاسایش یان پێداویستی یاسایی پێویست بێت. کڕیار دەتوانێت داوای دەستگەیشتن، ڕاستکردنەوە، ناچالاککردنی هەژماری ئەپ یان سڕینەوەی زانیارییەکانی بکات، تا ئەو ڕادەیەی یاسا و پێداویستی تۆمارە بازرگانییەکان ڕێگە دەدات.

Information we use
Zhiila Shopping is a customer-only application used to view customer account, order, invoice, delivery and notification information. To provide the service, we may process customer name, phone number, address, account identifiers, order and invoice details, item information, payment/prepayment amounts, delivery status and related records.
Authentication and security
Login credentials are transmitted for authentication. For account security and session management, we may also process technical information such as IP address, device/platform information, user-agent and activity timestamps.
Push notifications
If notifications are enabled, FCM/APNs tokens and basic device information are used to deliver order and service notifications. Firebase Cloud Messaging is used for push notification delivery.
Sharing and tracking
We do not sell customer personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking. Information may be processed by technical service providers needed to operate, secure and host the service or deliver notifications, or when required by law.
Retention and privacy requests
Information is retained only as needed for service delivery, business records, security and applicable legal requirements. Customers may request access, correction, app-account deactivation or deletion where applicable by contacting Zhiila Shopping through the Support page.
